Error 2353,Insufficent nodes for system restart(Restart error)

when I insert some data into mysql cluster,the result caused ndbd shutdown,when I start data node,info as follows:

Node 10: Forced node shutdown completed. Occured during startphase 1. Caused by error 2353: 'Insufficent nodes for system restart(Restart error). Temporary error, restart node'.
Node 12: Forced node shutdown completed. Occured during startphase 1. Caused by error 2308: 'Another node failed during system restart, please investigate error(s) on other node(s)(Restart error). Temporary error, restart node'.

I think datamemory full or indexmem full,Can you help me?How to solve, and not the lost data.
