Filling table???

Hello everyone,

this is my second post. And I hope somebody will answer me this time :(.. I have a problem updating a table from a dataset. It takes about 30 seconds for only 1000 records.. I think I'm doing something wrong but I don't know what. I will describe what I do..
1. First I fill a dataset from an access database.
2. I copy this dataset to an other dataset.
3. I use the second dataset to update mysql table. <-- this action takes more then 30 seconds :((....

Can somebody help me or point me in the correct direction..
