Hi,

I am using vs2010 Express and am programming Silverlight. I have been accessing mysql calls through a javascript call which calls a php script with the mysql calls in it. Unfortunately this method appears highly flawed.

I have heard there is another way to do this directly in the c# silverlight code using a mysql.data.dll (or something).

Could anyone point me to a remedial guide of how to do this in my vs2010 Express environment? I can test stuff on wamp server if need be (ie if it can't be done through microsoft's localhost debug features.)

I just need a dummies guide to setting this up.

JAA
