Maybe you have not add the library in Microsoft VWD
Open VWD, under the Website --> Add Reference --> Browse --> C:\Program Files\MySQL\MySQL Connector Net 1.0.7\bin\.NET 2.0\MySql.Data.dll
or maybe you have not add the ODBC data source
Go to start --> Control Panel --> Administrative Tools --> Data source (ODBC) --> Add the data source
