FileNotFoundException inVB.NET with Connector .NET 1.0.7

Hello all,
I am trying to make the most basic connection to MySQL 5.0 from my VB.NET application with code copied from the tutorial but I still get an exception error when starting the application:
System.IO.FileNotFoundException: fileName: System Source: MyLib
I use VS 2002 with Framework 1.0, MySql Connector .NET 1.0.7, MySQL 5.0
Any tip on this would be much appreciated. Thanks.
