Warning: mysql_connect(): Headers and client library minor version mismatch

Hello,

I do not know if this is the correct location to post this, if not i apologize. I have a website i have been working on and recently my friend who owns the server i am making the site for manually compiled mysql, he didn't make any changes to the files.

Now i get this error:

Warning: mysql_connect(): Headers and client library minor version mismatch. Headers:50504 Library:50147

Everything still works but we have no idea what it means. Does anyone have a solution? Thanks in advance!
