Error 1045 (MySQL + PHP + WordPress)

Faced with the problem and I was advised to go here. I have a website -
http://www.americanbestlocksmith.com who raised at WordPress. Recently I began to appear in 1045 of mysql error (connection error), but it is not constant. Error appears and disappears. I was told that it is ubiquitous in the error of mysql and was advised to go here.
Tell me please, can someone faced with such a problem and how to solve it?
