The goal will be to calculate in php the begintime. (and endtime)
First start is 13:00:00 and then the php has to calculate the endtime (is the next begintime) by adding the duration (this value come out of the database)
So when the duration of an event changes, the begin and endtimes of every event changes also.
This is all to plan the day ahead, not to make changes on the day itself
