1) Many developers load Php, Apache and MySQL on their workstations to
prototype an application..
2) I don't think Win98 will "address" that many records using the FAT FS
though.. You're better off upgrading to XP (NTFS) and increasing your RAM.
Hey, even a Vespa can come in second unless the rope breaks....
