There is no way you can attach MDF/LDF files to MySQL server. These are raw database files generated by SQL Server. So, you can attach them to SQL Server, though - and then convert from live SQL Server instance to live MySQL instance.
You can use our Full Convert Enterprise for that. See http://www.spectralcore.com/fullconvert/ for more info.
If you don't have SQL Server installed, but just the files you mentioned, contact us and we will convert them for you (for a fee, of course).
