how do import this text file into a table in my online db

I've tried importing the text file below into myslqadmin using :
LOAD DATA INFILE emails2.txt to TABLE EMAILS2;
but no luck.

I know there are white space gaps throughout data below
but I dont know if that's the problem and if so how to get rid of them.
They were created by saving an excel file as csv
