Need Help Starting Database
I'm looking to setup an interactive database on my site for visitors to fill out information forms. These forms then need to be forwarded to a secure section for review/editing as needed. If approved, these forms would then be published directly to the site.
I have MySQL included in my hosting service and I'm a moderate level web builder but I've never built a database. Would I be better off attempting to build one from scratch using MySQL (assuming it can do everything I need it to) or would I be better off buying a prepackaged database (and if so which one?). Thanks for the help.
