Mysql dit not shut down properbly, now database are corrupted

Hello every one,

I have a serious error.
For school i needed for a project a database, I have chosen MySQL.
But now 4moths after starting we encounterd a serious error! All the data of school is insite it is corupted.

Now let me tell what happend.
System: Windwos server 2003
MySQL Version: Latest 5.x version

I tryd to shutdown the service trough the administrator of mysql.
This resulted in a error "Mysql whas unable to stop" ore something like that. The reason whas that we use a service whatcher that restarts the service when it is down. Whit the service still running i shut down this watcher and tryd again to shutdown mysql. This whas no problem.

But when i tryd to restart the mysql server the tables in de databases where gone!
PHPmyadmin sais they are in use but when i try to repair the phpmyadmin sais they dont exist.

Thesame in the sql log (trough mysql administrator) it sas it cant find the frm files.

Can anyone please help me? it is very im portand i get the data inside these tables back!!!!!!!!!!!
