Mail routing

Hello,
I have 3 questions..hopefully someone can help me out.
* I want to be able to change the text labels on the issue list (.php) i.e summary, last date, assigned etc. Can i edit those lines?
* I want to be able to route mails/tickets to certain projects.
i.e When i send a mail to
mail@mail.com with subject 'ABC" it should automatically be routed to project 1 etc.
I know it's possible by changing the settings in the general configurations but this does not solve it completely. I heard there is a script available in order to get this done?
Any help appreciated.
