MySql mystery delete

I have a website working off a MySQL database and every so often, a field in a table in the DB just clears out as if I've run a delete on it without a where clause. It's really strange. I've checked every bit of code that writes to or updates the DB and can't seem to find anything wrong.
Has anyone got any ideas as to what I could do next?
