Advanced Server Settings (Buffersize, .., ...)

I´ve got a little question about "tuning" my Mysql Server.

I´m running MYSQL 5.5.17 on a Windows 2008 R2 64bit Enterprise Server.
The Server has a Xeon E5630 @2,53Ghz and 48gb of Ram. There are 4x Intel SSDs 201 in a RAID5 attached. The Server is used for a merchandise management system with round about 15 Clients.

The Database has a size of Round 2,6GB and has INNODB as default storage engine.

At the moment i´ve got every setting as default. Do i need to change any settings like Buffer-Size, key-buffer-size, mysiam-max-sort-file size, myisam_sort_buffer_size, query-cache-size or else?

Do you have any hints for me?
