Write to a snapshot of db
Hi, I would like to create a snapshot of a database and write to it, so the original database is left intact and not affected by it. Does this technology exist with MySQL database? Or any other similar technology?
I want to run a different web server on the snapshot, so the writes from the second web server does not affect the original db.
If such a feature is not available at a DB level, do we have it at a file system level?
