Replace one value for another for entire row

So I am a MySQL newbie & I need to replace a value for every record in a table (I think I am saying that right). So the table is named "wp_sola_nl_subscribers" which has records in it. In it is a column named "status". All of the records in this table have a value of 2 for the "status" column & I need to change them all to 1.

What do I enter in order to do this & where do I enter it?

Any help I could get with doing this, would be GREATLY appreciated! I am sure it's one of those easy newbie things & I think I'm not having any luck with doing mine based on others' questions because I can't figure out what goes where & I don't want to mix up tables columns & rows (oh my! LOL!)
