Hi,

can someone please clarify, if there is a difference in using one or the other by using myisam like they did here for Oracle?
http://asktom.oracle.com/pls/asktom/f?p=100:11:0::::P11_QUESTION_ID:32961403234212

Is it a mythos?
How does it affect temp tables/files?
Can or should they be omitted?
Does switching to an other db file system have the same effect (innodb)?

regards

Hinnack
