Urgent help required to optimize query for cumulative count

Hi All,
I have database table,Which have following field.

<Ids> <Data>
2 2015-01-20
10 2015-07-10
12 2015-7-20
35 2015-12-27
114 2016-01-05
215 2016-01-10
361 2016-02-12

Need to write a query which can produce output in terms of month, cumulative month for last 6 months, if month not exits then add the previous count but data need to be displayed in terms of months

Year Month Count 2015 10 0 3
2015 11 0 3
2015 12 1 4
2016 1 2 6
2016 2 1 7
2016 3 0 7
