How to handle "There are unapproved messages"

This question is actually not on MySQL itself but on this forum so might be out of scope. About a month ago, I posted a question about MySQL container security but the question has not been approved and not on the forum. My forum top page says "There are unapproved messages" with a link which leads me to my forum profile page. I did not add my signature to the message so I thought it caused the problem but after adding my sig in profile edit page, the msg is still not approved. How can I handle this? I searched the documentation for this forum but have not found one and also contacted customer support but this forum seems out of scope of their service.
