We are currently using MySQL 4.0.18-pro in our product. Now, we like to upgrade the existing MySQL 4.0.18-pro version to MySQL 5.0.24a-pro to avail the new features like sub queries, Archive tables and others.

In this process, we will also have to migrate the mysql data of our existing customers who are using the MySQL 4.0.18-pro with our application.Actually our average database will be 80GB. Max can be in the region of 200GB

What's the simplest and recommended way to migrate the data from MySQL 4.0.x to MySQL 5.0.x ??
