Access2000: failed at the reversed engineering selection

hi,
Anyone could help me on how to set permission in access mdb ? Prior to this I've followed the instruction as in the Appendix A. Preparing an Access Database for Migration using northwind mdb sample. Somehow it failed at the reverse engineering selection with the error stated below;
