Program Crashed before opening

Hi all,


When I double click the Migration Toolkit icon or drag the database onto the migration icon like in the example.

I get the error message like Migration Toolkit encountered and error and have to be shutdown. When i click don't send then another message popup

'Exception Exception on module MySQLMirgrationTool.exe at 0019D384.
The GRT environment could not be initialized. The call of Migration:InitMigration() failed. The function did not return an object. Error Nr. 10008'


Could anyone please tell me how to resolve this problem. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling again and used the unzip version from the website also.

I'm using Windows XP SP2 and MySQL v. 4.0.21-win
