msaccess to mysql migration

hello friends,

iam using asp & msacess for a particular site of mine, now iam planning to change my db to mysql, so migration will be needed, on the net i searched but all the tools suck..

they are too dumb to use,
i want a tool like sql-server2000 which has a cool import/export facility , is any tool available on net??

and how can i create jobs in mysql and schedule it,, pls help me regarding this

and what connection string to use for connecting mysql through vb, so far no tutorials on that
