Need urgent help with MySQL Query Browser

I am developing a site and using the MySQL Query Browser and MySQL Administrator.
The Query Browser is no longer running as expected. When I attempt to run the program the CPU becomes overoccupied (nearly 100%) but the program doesn't start.
I did reinstall the program but the results are the same.
Any ideas as to how I can resolve this issue. I need to get the website underway.
The MySQL Administrator does work with any issues.
