How To Update A Version
I downloaded the new (5.0.45) version of MySQL Community. It doesn't seem to recognize the existence of the previous version during installation, and wants me to go through the configuration routine.
I've searched for information on how to update from one version to the next but can't find any advice. Can anyone point me to an information source for updating?
