I got this error message when I try to access my admin

Warning: mysql_pconnect() [function.mysql-pconnect]: Access denied for user 'selaluja_heru'@'localhost' (using password: YES) in /home/selaluja/public_html/connections/bisnis.php on line 6

how can I fix this problem? Please, help me.
