HELP: Gem install mysql (error) APTANA

Hey all, im running MAC OSX

- This is the error i got from the RUBY CONSOLE IN APTANA STUDIO PROF.

- Then i try to do a
- sudo gem install mysql
- in my terminal and i get this?
