I'd like to generate a texinfo pages of the manual to use with emacs. However, I can't see the DocBook sources at http://dev.mysql.com/doc/.

I know that a BitKeeper copy is at http://mysql.bkbits.net:8080/mysqldoc but I don't have BitKeeper installed on my system.

Is there a DocBook copy available (without going through BitKeeper)? If so, where? If not, could a DocBook copy please be provided?
