how to display japanese characters from mysql
Hi,
I am not sure I am in the right place to ask this question, but I have created the site (in english language) and I want some text to be displayed in japanese charcters. I set up the column in mysql table that will store jp text. The problem is I don't know a lot about setting up different languages. I have been looking for a while for some relevant info on the net, but somehow can't find any useful. I know it has a lot in common with apache server, and I hope I will find someone here who will explain me (using fairly easy language) how to make my point. I don't know a lot about 'collection' option when creating columns, but I know in this case the right choice is the key. I will very appriciate if someone will give me a guide to resolve my problem... thanks for any help to anyone...
