How can I connect to MySQL Database on Virtual PC via ODBC?

I created the MySQL database in Windows Virtual PC (WinXP) on Win7 Professional.
The Win7 PC has an IP address 192.168.0.128, and I setup network setting for
this Virtual PC with private IP address (192.168.0.129) to recognize this Virtual PC on the same network.
How can I connect to the MySQL database from the other PC on the same network via ODBC?
I attempted to connect with ODBC/Connector 5.1.1 by setting "TCP/IP Server:192.168.0.128", which is an IP address for Win7.
However the MySQL database does not exist on Win7. It exists on Virtual PC (WinXP).
Please advise me how I can connect?
