hi all

i use mySql db with my phpBB forum and Collation is latin1_bin

but after we moved to new host we detect that users can registerd with already exsited names with the arabic language

for example

the username " ريمون " could be registered another time with the same name
ريمون also and could be registered one more time and so on without telling the user that the name already taken




this happens only with arabic letters but with English is fine

how to fix that ?
