Multi Databases Connection

Did mysql-proxy has a facility to make a multiple databases connection in same time?
with one function or more?
example:
I want to send a single query from single user, but manipulate the query before it sends to the servers...
and after that I want to send the result:
1. query-A.. to ..table-A.. in ..database-A
2. query-B.. to ..table-B.. in ..database-B
3. query-C.. to ..table-C.. in ..database-C

or more...
than send it in one hit! bazingga!

I'm trying to implement a zero-information-loss based on mysql-proxy service in database server.
please help me...

thank you.
