the unique index bug ?

when I creat an unique index for a table,than click [file->export->create engineer SQL CREATE script] to a file, nothing changed , and i [click file->export->creat engineer SQL ALTER script] , it will show me a change , rebuilt the unique index ? it's a bug ? however I delete the unique index, it works fine .
