Missing 'Show Details' on Client Connections

Good morning. I have two different server instances to where the 'Show Details' under Client Connections is not showing up. We are migrating from 5.7 to 8.0. All of our servers are on AWS and using the same userID with the same access rights. For some reason two servers this function is not there, but is on the 5.7 version servers. Workbench version is 8.0.34
