Where to check the MySql database availabity history ?

i e when i connect to MySql database with Database manager, in the first screen itself i get the info in General that, start time of the Database.

i need a log, where i can see the overall history of , when the db has started and when went down and again when started , how and where to check this,Am new to MaxDB
