Hello Eddie.

An option that will works for you is to use the "MySql Data Export" tool.
Please refer to the following link with the documentation about the tool and how to use it: http://dev.mysql.com/doc/connector-net/en/connector-net-data-export-tool.html

The tool will creates a dump file for a MySQL database, which include the schema creation and the current data in the database, with that file you can run it in other environments and you will have the same schema and data available.
