Import - Incorrect number of columns???

Sorry if I have the wrong forum - couldn't find any other appropriate.
I am trying to Import from a CSV format and I get message:

Invalid column count in CSV input on line 1.

But my very first line has 12 columns and my DB table has 12 columns.

My first line is:

“michele”,”2021-01-01”,”2020 Balance”,”10881.00”,”2”,”5”,”Fwd”,”Lqwin”,”r”,”0”,”21”,”michele”

I show comma for separation of columns and double quote for value start & end.
The file I'm using is from Apache Open Document Spreadsheet.
