where do i find mysql_config?

hi,

i just installed MySQL-server-4.1.10a-0.i386.rpm and i was trying to install DBD::mysql. during the process it errors out because it cannot find mysql_config.

i searched the hard drive for mysql_config("find / -name mysql_config") and can't seem to find it. do i need to download and install something else to get this file?
