Data storage on Windows

I'm running MySQL 5.0 on Windows Server 2003. I have a database with several innodb tables taking up probably around 50m total. The thing I don't understand is that the /data/dbname directory of the MySQL folder only takes up around 3m! Furthermore, I can't seem to find the data files for the tables... I only see .frm files, far too small for the databases themselves. Where is my data actually being stored?
