Ensure that the ACL for DB Installation Direct access is only restricted

Hi there,

How do I ensure that

1. File system ACLs for DB installation directory restrict access to only DB Admin account, System account and Administrator account.

2. ACLs for the DB Devices restrict access to only the DB Admin account, System account and Administrator account.

If possible how to check NTFS is used as the file system as SQL server installation.
