How to import data in MyISAM files into MySQL

Hi All,

How to import data avaialble in *.frm, *.MYI, *.MDI files into mySQL database ? When using "create table t (i INT) ENGINE=MYISAM" where shiuld the file name be specified ? Can the filename (along with path) be at the place of t ?
