InnoDB migrated to MyISAM by mistake

We migrated our InnoDB database to MyISAM by mistake (while moving to a new server)
The applications have been running on the top of MySIAM tables for a week.
Now we need to make the tables InnoDB again - is there anything we need to
do except change the type of tables on the DB level?

Thanks,
Igor
