Locked tables showing "In use"

Hi,

I use InnoDB and experiance a problem. All my tables seem to be locked. They show up as "In use" on the PHPMyAdmin GUI.

A restart of my MySQL or my entire server does not release the lock. I would like to understand the folowing:

- How can I manually unlock?
- How do I unlock in batch (I have 30 databases with this problem all containing 25 tables)
- What could have caused this problem.

Some information on my enviroment.
- Linux Fedora 3
- MySQL 4.1.11-standard
- Running cPanel/WHM for managing my hosting accounts (currently two accounts run just for us interanlly, one production one beta)

Information on the changes made when:
After I changed the account name for one of my accounts in WHM the locking seemed to have occured. I am not sure this is the cause of the error but it did happen just therafter.

Thank you for your help,
Joost Schouten
