Open ibdata1

Hello
First of all, excuse me. I am not a computer scientist and I do not speak English, I am using a translator.
My question is, I have a copy of a database directory, with the files ibdata1, ib_logfile, etc.
Can I open it and export it to Excel without needing to restore the copy? I have seen some software that does it but they are all paid.
