1512 Incorrect XML value: 'parse error at line 172 pos 26: To deep XML'

I have some really big (>2MB) XML files.

I keep getting the warning message showed as title even when running some very simply XPath query. And actually the query result set was not correct either.

Is it caused by any file size limitation?

PS: MySQL 5.1 and all XML files are stored in mediumtext field.
