MySql - perl help with yahoo small business

Hi Guys,

I made a big mistake by singing up with yahoo hosting for small business. I am not a s/w guy but I have some need to upload mysql database and access it using perl-cgi. On my small business yahoo site I was able to set up my mysql database as indicated by yahoo link. But I do not know how to create a new database named "A" and then upload my existing tables on my local computer and associate it with database "A". I managed to upload mysql table files in a folder on my hosting site along with a basic script to connect to database and "describe tables" and "select * from <table>" but no idea on how could could database be created itself?

I know I might sound confusing because I am not s/w guy but any help in this regard will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
-Sweetbiz
