Got error - 1 from storage engine

I am using InnoDB Storage Engine for my tables & using PHP as a programming language, and I keep getting error message 'Got error - 1 from storage engine' for some time but not every time. Message comes for any query like 'select, Update , insert or delete'. Most of the time my query works correctly , but some time it show this error with blank page.
