Migration Toolkit is EOL - what next?

The above sticky (http://forums.mysql.com/read.php?60,27738,27738#msg-27738) has this link:
http://dev.mysql.com/doc/migration-toolkit/en/index.html
Which says, "MySQL Migration Toolkit has reached EOL. See the EOL notice. Please upgrade to MySQL Workbench."
But the MySQL Workbench documentation has nothing about migration in it. What happened to this functionality?
